Since it is a spore of bacteria, and if the bacteria are in the package, they have an unfavorable growth medium, i.e. the bacteria are dormant. When the probiotic bacteria get out of the package and get air, the bacteria come to life and start doing their job. Explanation of the analyzes by the laboratory technician: The readable result is up to 250 nests or colonies (cfu) per Petri dish. If there are more than 250 nests in the Petri dish, we usually add est (estimated) after the result, which means estimated – the nests are located so closely on the Petri dish that we may not get an exact number, as the nests may be on top of each other and thus remain unnoticed. We have also counted the bacteria on 1 square centimeter and then multiplied by the corresponding coefficient to get the result per petri dish (even then the result is of course estimated). Overdosing the products only results in a larger amount of good bacteria and a longer-term effect.
