If you had problems with the product or the product is not suitable, it is possible to return the product in our e-shop within 14 days.

Before submitting a return request, make sure that:

  • The product packaging has been opened without damage (the resealable packaging is not damaged, torn, etc.)
  • The product is complete, i.e. the packaging of the product and all the details are still there.
  • The product has no signs of use.
  • The goods do not include hygienic or personal protective equipment with an open package.
  • If the goods are junk, be sure to add pictures and wait for further instructions.

For a faster withdrawal, you can also send the following information to the customer service e-mail:

  • Subscriber name
  • Date of order
  • Order number (also suitable as an attached purchase invoice)
  • Product code / SKU
  • Reason for return

After submitting the application and receiving confirmation of it, we ask customers to return the goods in the way chosen by you.

After handing over the goods to the parcel machine or the courier, be sure to send a confirmation sheet/cheque to our e-mail so that we can start the return process and make the return as soon as possible.
